Sauce Story…
Smith Valley BBQ was inspired by my love of grilling. So many memories were made around my grill with my children helping to prepare and grill our food. I wanted them to understand not only how to make delicious outdoor meals, but to also understand the art of grilling.
As many grillers know, flavor is EVERYTHING. So, I began experimenting with rubs, and sauces. From there, Smith Valley BBQ, LLC. was born. I initially shared my BBQ sauce flavors with family, friends and neighbors.
